Procurement of eyeglasses for patients aged 15 to 64 residing in the Municipality of Calbuco—specifically those served by the CESFAM (Family Health Center) of the Calbuco Municipal Health Department—who present with refractive errors and/or presbyopia. This acquisition shall consist of 1,600 pairs of organic optical lenses with anti-reflective coating (covering all dioptric powers) and 120 pairs of specialized optical lenses for high dioptric powers, in accordance with prescriptions issued by an ophthalmologist.
